  • Estate Value. Measured by fair market value excluding term insurance as would be determined under federal estate tax law. Estate Planning Packages include the documents needed for a complete estate plan such as a Revocable Living Trust (including the Bypass Trust, Marital Trust, and Generation Skipping Trusts), Pour Over Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive, Transfer of 1 piece of Real Estate (client furnishes legal description), Transfer of Marketable Securities form, transfer of Qualified Funds form, and binder. Assistance in transfers of title. For persons under age 55 and under $500,000, a will may be used instead of a Revocable Living Trust. Additional planning may involve the Snapshot, Goal Achiever and Implementation. Filing fees and expenses incurred are charged to the Client in addition to the fees. Fees shall be considered earned when purchased. The Client shall have 1 year to contact the law firm for the services. If the Client fails to contact the law firm within 1 year, the client forfiets the services. While referred to herin sometimes as the Client, the law firm retains the right to reject a purchaser as a Client and refund the purchase price. The attorney client privlege shall not attach until legal representation has commenced. Legal representation commences when the matter has been accepted by the law firm.
